What's on in Ashby this weekend?

There's a definite musical feel to events going on in Ashby this weekend.

Both the Venture Theatre and the Lyric Rooms are staging shows.

On Saturday night, the Venture Theatre in North Street is hosting the Ashby big band.

The band will be playing a range of music from Glen Miller numbers to more modern big band favourites.

There may even be a few Christmas numbers. The band has a super female singer and there will be a few Christmas surprises up their sleeves.

Tomorrow (Friday) it is Christmas Dinner with the Divas Enjoy music from a Whitney Houston and Tina Turner tribute act, with a three course festive dinner with coffee and dancing until late.
