The Lyric Rooms has another night of comedy next Thursday (October 3).

Topping the bill is actor, writer and stand-up the optimistic and exuberant Laura Lexx, who has appeared on 'Live at the Apollo', with her delightfully funny take on things. She immediately charms the audience with her quick quips and is happy to discuss anything. Her distinctive style is fantastically offbeat and hilarious, as well as both cheeky and charming, delivering even her sarcasm and irony with a sparkly grin.

Opening the night will be the very lively and genial Gerry K, a 2023 finalist in the prestigious British Comedian of the Year competition. Having performed stand-up all over the world he still found time to fit in some TV appearances and you may recognise his face from TV's 'The Bill' and 'FHM Comedy Heroes'. His humorous stories and factual tales are told with a 'twinkle in the eyes' and leave his audiences crying with laughter.

Also appearing will be Dave Longley, one of the few comics able to play to any audience without compromising on his material, intelligent, silly and thought-provoking he's always sure to make his mark.

Completing the line-up is the off-beat, witty stand-up and comedy writer, Simon Hall.
