Conkers has a double bill of tribute bands this weekend.

On Friday, the Moira venue has Bon Jovi UK.

Front man Nige has got the looks, the voice and energy of Jon Bon Jovi. Guitarist Bob has been called "Richie Sambora's twin" as he backs Nige with vocal harmonies and blistering guitar licks. Drummer Rich captures the look and style of Tico Torres.

Ben provides David Bryan's combination of classical and rock keyboard harmonies while Craig drives the bass sound as Hugh McDonald. The band cover all the major hits in an electrifying, totally live show.

On Saturday, Conkers switches its focus to ABBA - and a tribute to the Swedish Supergroup.

Award winning ABBA Tribute Band 'Revival' have recently been voted as the UK's Official No.1 ABBA tribute act by the Agent's Association of Great Britain.

Revival's renowned ABBA stage show has proved a hit time and time again in the UK and the world over, wowing audiences from Europe to the Middle East and just recently the band has been invited to perform a five-day tour in ABBA's homeland of Sweden.

Ashby Leisure Centre and Lido hosts Megaslam 2024 on Friday night.

Established in 2009 and presenting hundreds of Live Events per year, Megaslam is a two hour interactive family entertainment spectacular that has the WOW Factor!

In 2024 - Team Nasty will battle it out with Team Megaslam in a series of action packed matches designed to get the whole family out of their seats and cheering on their favourites.
