The Lyric Rooms hosts Funhouse Comedy and presents a Charity Night of Laughter in aid of Brain Tumour Research on Friday.
Topping the bill will be producer, director, writer and comic Bennett Arron.
The only Jewish/Welsh comedian on the circuit he has supported Ricky Gervais on tour. Also a trained actor he takes command of the stage and his humour veers between obsessed anxiety and natural occurrences, with his contagious laugh he lights up any room.
Opening the night is Irish comedian Martin Mor. Starting out as a circus entertainer he then decided to turn to stand-up. Having supported Frankie Boyle, Jack Dee, Lee Evans, Jasper Carrott, Patrick Kielty, Johnny Vegas, Steve Coogan, and once Tina Turner on Tour he is one of the most popular and well-travelled comics on the circuit.
His fiery insults often directed at audience members, are accepted with laughter when delivered by this gentle giant of a man.

Manhattan's in Ashby sees the return of the Good Days Over 30s Daytime Disco on Saturday.
Daytime Clubbing at Manhattan's is back.
