A popular comedy show featuring a star-studded line-up and accompanied by a hearty curry dinner is returning to The Lyric Rooms in Ashby on Thursday 4th September.

At the top of the bill is Ignacio Lopez, bringing his unique brand of sarcastic observations and witty lines. Lopez is a familiar face to comedy-fans, having appeared on 'Live at the Apollo,' 'Have I Got News For You,' and performed for the Welsh football squad.

The show will be opened by a set from the dynamic Jarred Christmas, who has appeared on hit shows 'Never Mind the Buzzcocks,' 'Mock the Week,' and '8 Out of 10 Cats.' Christmas's confident on-stage persona pairs perfectly with his hilarious rants and childish sense of humour in his own unique flavour.

Sally-Anne Hayward, talented radio presenter, actor and comedian, will be joining the line-up with her own brand of charm. You may recognise her from her appearance on BBC's 'Absolutely Fabulous'.

The evening will be compered by Spiky Mike, a Nottingham comedian that has a great reputation for his award-winning comedy shows, creating a wonderful atmosphere throughout the night.

This Funhouse Comedy Night is accompanied by curry, served with rice, naan and onion bhaji for just £9.50 with a dessert option for £4.50.

Ice cream will also be served during the first interval.
