On Wednesday 12 November, The Lyric Rooms in Ashby is hosting the semi-final of the British Comedian of the Year. 

Funhouse Comedy will be presenting the semi-finals at The Lyric Rooms in Ashby as part of the wider national competition. 

Ten professional and semi-professional comics will battle it out to make it to the next round, with winners picked by the audience. 

The evening will he hosted by the brilliant Spikey Mike. 

Along with belly laughs, attendees can enjoy a delicious curry dinner with rice, naan and onion bhaji for £9.50 with dessert for £4.50. 

There will also be ice cream available in the first interval for £3.50.
