Ashby Titans won the North West Leicestershire Optimum Performance Netball Tournament this week.

The achievement adds to an already successful season for Ashby Netball Club.

Five teams from Ashby teams entered the event. 

It meant there were 47 players from one club - which is considered to be a phenomenal reflection on the growth and development of the club.

The event was held in hot conditions with over 250 players taking part at Charnwood College in Loughborough.

The tournament itself was organised by the North West Leciester Netball League which has 30 teams playing summer and winter league netball at the Whitwick and Coalville leisure centre.
