• Home Improvement Team Leader - £41,771 (pay band £41,771 to £46,142) - The Home Improvement Team is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the delivery of our planned and cyclical home improvement programmes, ensuring they meet the standards set by the Regulator of Social Housing. The council manages approximately 4,100 tenanted homes across the district. The successful candidate will hold an HNC in Construction or equivalent qualification, or proven experience in this type of role.
• Multi-skilled Roofer - starting at £34,396 - NWLDC are looking for a Multi-skilled Roofer to join their busy and dedicated team responsible for a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and improvement works to the council's tenanted housing stock. Most of the work will be carried out in occupied homes, with some tasks in vacant properties.

This role is working 20+ hours per week, but this can increase during the summer months.
