A set of stolen toolboxes have been recovered at a village near Ashby.

Swadlincote Police found the containers at Heath Lane in Calke.

And they are now inviting the owners to come and collect them - unfortunately, the contents are now missing.

But they believe the items were taken from the Leicestershire area.

Swadlincote's Safer Neighbourhood Team posted a photo of the boxes and said: "Overnight, the above toolboxes and vault have been located on Heath Lane, Calke.

"Unfortunately all the property from the boxes has been removed.

"We believe they may have come from the Leicestershire Police area.

"If you believe these belong to yourself please contact us."
