New 'horror' shop opening soon in Ashby
By Grace Kennington 19th Jul 2026
A new shop is opening in Ashby unlike anything the town has had before.
All Things Horror, which will be situated on The Pass Courtyard, will be officially opening on 29 August with a book signing event.
Stocking horror collectables, rock and retro paraphernalia, unique and rare finds as well as Neca, Mezco and Funko, the shop will also sell a variety of affordable and rare items along with t-shirts and tote bags all in the horror theme.
Currently, Rachael is trading with 'All Things Horror' at events and expos so the Ashby shop will be their first bricks and mortar venue.

'It's born from an obsession for horror collectables of mine for nearly thirty years after scaring myself silly watching the Exorcist,' explains Rachael.
'My son is also a fan and expressed interest around a year ago to buy and sell all things horror - hence the name - and it's grown from there.'
This family business will offer affordable options for shoppers, with Rachael saying: 'Collecting for all these years has really taught me it can be expensive so we plan to offer something for all pockets.'
The official opening of the shop will be on 29 August from noon with a book signing from Hannah L Richards, author of Hauntings, Mysteries and Macabre: Ashby-de-la-Zouch and surrounding areas.
