Missing Ashby Man Has Been Found

A man who was reported missing from the Ashby area last week has been found.

James Buchanan, who is 27 and known as Jamie, was last seen on Friday (26 June) afternoon and was reported missing when he failed to return to his address.

Jamie has been found in the Derbyshire area this afternoon (Monday 29 June).

Leicestershire Police said: "Thank you to everyone who helped share our appeal and contacted us with information."

Police carried out a extensive search of the Ashby area with a helicopter used on both Friday and Sunday evenings.
