Ashby's InspireYouth Collective has been awarded 3 years of funding from Children in Need and are now in urgent need of new staff to be able to support and manage the services they offer.

The charity, which is focussed on building a safe and empowering space for young people as well as offering vital community services, is hoping to have new employees trained and checked ready to start in September.

They are looking for the right person to join their team working Monday to Thursday 3pm to 5pm during term time, with the potential of overtime during school holidays and as required.

Candidates must be over the age of 18 and must be able to have an enhanced DBS check done before September start.

They are looking for individuals that are: passionate about making a difference to young people's lives; reliable, organised and proactive; confident in communicating with families, young people and professionals; and being friendly and approachable.
