The deadline for Ashby families to have a say on when school holidays should be in Leicestershire is approaching.
People have until midnight on Sunday, July 18 to share their views on school term and holiday dates for the academic years 2022/23 to 2026/27.
Leicestershire County Council is offering people the opportunity to choose from a number of options, including sticking to regular patterns.
The authority is also asking for views on whether the term patterns followed by the city and county should match.
Councillor Deborah Taylor, Leicestershire County Council cabinet member for children and families, said: "This is a great opportunity to let us know your views and tell us what would work best for you and your family.
"The aim is to make sure we have dates in place that work in the best way possible for young people and their families who live in and/or attend school in the local area
"All the feedback we get is really valuable and will help us see if we need to maintain current arrangements or align term times differently."
