Earlier this week, the council posted on social media that the developers have now fenced off the Bath Grounds to the new planning line to commence construction.

"It is also in accordance with the planning permission granted by North West Leicestershire District Council to Simon Dawson on July 25, 2024.
"The Town Council will, of course, keep a weather eye on developments. This is the start of the work on the new town houses.
"The Bath Grounds Advisory Group will keep the number and location of benches on the park under review."
