Ashby Poppy Appeal is inviting local businesses to get involved in their Best Dressed Window Competition in town centre to support Remembrance Sunday and Armistice Day. 

Ashby Town Council has shared that they have been asked by the local Poppy Appeal to spread awareness for upcoming Remembrance events, as well as the fundraising effort by selling poppies in the town. 

The Town Council ask that shops getting involved inform the authority of their involvement to ensure they are included in the competition. 

Window displays must be ready between 1 and 5 November, with judging taking place on 7 November.
