Role & Main Duties:

Our client is looking for a facilities supervisor, to join their growing team, to support the facilities manager in their duties, to help ensure compliance across the business and improve process management.

Further training will be provided to bring the right calibre of candidate up to speed with internal processes and methods of operating.

Qualities required:

• A personable and warm approach when working with colleagues, from department to department.
• Must carry the utmost discipline, and care when dealing with privileged information - pertaining to the business.
• Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability with a methodical approach.
• Confident delivery to both in-house employees and contractors regarding H&S briefings.
• Experience with process improvement - a keen eye for detail and picking up on areas for improvement.
• Excellent communicator at all levels with good interpersonal skills and competence in making presentations, leading discussions and mentoring.
• Whilst you will be regularly working as part of a team, you will be required to work on own initiative mostly during the role - where you will identify process/compliance issues.
• Logical/Structured approach with good Time Management capability.
• Prior experience in a similar production environment will be advantageous.
• Prior experience managing a small team with be advantageous.
