This week, KP Snacks is looking for a Warehouse Trainer. Here is a brief job description.

"As our Warehouse Trainer you'll undertake in-house training in the warehouse, this will primarily include MHE and forklift training. This role is 40 hours per week and will be required to operate on a 3-shift rotating basis (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am)

"Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of all MHE training required on-site including inductions, refreshers etc
  • Delivering site inductions of MHE
  • Support team in Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Working Practices (SWP) completion
  • Working as part of a close team ensuring that that all training is completed and recorded on the Company's training platform
  • Review ways of working within the area and implement change where appropriate
  • Review and update training materials and identify areas for improvement and further training
  • Maintain the site SOPs, records and manuals where required
  • Responsible for providing relevant and accurate documentation for all internal audits
  • To liaise with the Supply Chain function to plan appropriate training and ensure that the training plan is achieved."
