Ashby companies are being invited to take part in the Virtually Christmas festive market.

It is being billed as the best Christmas market people can attend from their own home.

The organisers, Virtual Business Expo, say: "At a time where retailers are hard hit - have had to close their door again so near to Christmas and so many people have taken up crafts as a sideline to make some money, this Christmas Market will get you out there, make more sales for you and might just make your Christmas extra special.

"The stands are magical. Set in a market surrounded by snow it makes you feel Christmassy without getting cold.

"Virtually explore each stand, link to the sellers website/Facebook/Etsy, learn more about the seller, talk to them if they are 'on' the stand.

"No more scrolling through millions of posts on Facebook and not being able to find what you're looking for!"

And Sheila Smith, owner and founder of Virtual Business Expo adds: "After the success of the Business event we just had to bring a Christmas Market to cheer up the UK and help retail with sales.

"It's great to be able to help people through the lockdown and beyond.

"We all have to help each other which is why these prices are just phenomenal for retailers and crafters at £50 per chalet for four weeks - it works out at just £1.62 per day.

"Who wouldn't spend that small amount on their business coming up to Christmas?"

Chalets can be booked for £50 for the whole four weeks HERE.

The Christmas Market opens at 7pm on November 20 until 12 noon on December 21. The access link will be available on the website throughout the whole duration.

Santa will be around at the Virtually Christmas market but he does not have too much time so mums and dads - you need to book in advance.

Details to book will open soon on the website HERE.

The organisers also say that if you want to learn how to make a wreath or see a live cooking demonstration, you can, for free. You will just need to register to book your place.
