Ashby Bridge Club is offering a course of lessons this month for anyone wanting to learn how to play - with a free taster this month at Ashby Leisure Centre.

The thriving and friendly local club has over 150 members and is currently looking for newcomers.

The club is offering a course of lessons for the absolute beginner, run by a qualified bridge teacher, starting on Tuesday, September 19. 

There will be a series of 12 lessons, of two hours each, which will be followed up by offering supervised play.  

The cost of the course, the teaching manual and one year's membership to the club, is £85. 

But, if you are not sure if it is for you, then you can come along to the club's free taster session on Tuesday, September 12, at 10am to find out more and give it a try.
