Snarestone-based food specialists Saffron Catering and Saffron Food Trucks are celebrating a major milestone with the launch of their new unit, creating ten new full-time positions and continuing to grow their business across the region. 

Saffron Catering is an award-winning outside catering company, known for delivering high-quality food and outstanding service at events of any size. 

Alongside the catering business, they also operate Saffron Food Trucks, a large-scale daily operation with 19 trucks on the road serving food to workplaces, communities, and events across the Midlands.

The move into their new premises marks the next step in Saffron's journey, enabling the business to continue to expand production, supporting a growing workforce and meeting increasing demand for catering and mobile food services. 

"This is such an exciting time for Saffron," said Operations Manager Chelsie. "Our new unit not only gives us the space and facilities to continue delivering the quality we are known for, but it also allows us to create valuable jobs in the local area. 

"We are proud of how far we've come and 'hungry' for even more growth."
