It has been a really exciting year for Catherine and Lewis from EweMove Estate Agents in Ashby de la Zouch as they launched their business at the end of May this year and they would like to take this opportunity to thank their customers for all their support.

They have loved visiting so many homes and receiving some fantastic reviews - all five stars!

Some of their highlights of the year include selling their first house in 23 days and selling a house in just eight days for £10,000 over the asking price.

According to Zoopla, it is currently taking between 32-101 days on average to receive an offer on a property.

Meanwhile, EweMove won the Treble Treble award at the EA Masters (which is one of the only Awards given on the feedback of mystery shoppers, rather than 'donations') making them the Best Sales & Lettings, Best Sales AND Best Lettings National Estate Agent for the third year in a row!

Catherine and Lewis are looking forward to continuing their adventure during 2025 and helping even more people to achieve their house dreams.

Their year is not over yet though as, unlike High Street agents, they will not officially close over Christmas as they are a 24/7 estate agent and will be available to return enquiries and calls.
