Load raw materials, monitor production, and carry out in-process and first-off inspections using micrometres, callipers, and gauges. Troubleshoot machining issues, perform basic maintenance, and report any machine malfunctions promptly. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure targets are met. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean Manufacturing principles. Identify personal development opportunities and work towards appraisal objectives.
