The role

As Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping with the prep for our weddings and events, but also then ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless event experience.

You'll be both on the front and back lines, preparing equipment etc before events, and then interacting with customers and supporting both the kitchen and bar teams to deliver an outstanding service at the events.

• Organising the prep for weddings/events - gathering equipment, crockery, cutlery etc
• Setting up and serving food for conferences and events
• Ensure excellent service - anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive, high-quality service from start to finish.
• Maintain cleanliness - ensure that all dining areas are clean, organised, and set up to standard for events
• Keep a tidy and clean working environment within our warehouse areas
• Work as a team - collaborate with our admin/ops team behind the scenes and also kitchen and bar staff to ensure service is delivered quickly and accurately at events
• Adhere to health and safety standards - follow all hygiene, food safety, and health regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
