In this three workshop module, participants will be able to produce a visual business plan, in a slide deck form - so beautiful you'll want to hang it on your wall!

In the business plan will be reminders about who you are, what are your strategic priorities, and what are your most important activities that will deliver the biggest results. And, the visual business plan will create instant communication for your team, customers and partners, helping you communicate quickly and take advantage of opportunities as they come.

Presented by Community Enterprise Engine, this course is free for women running or planning their own business in North West Leicestershire.
