The Moira Canal Festival is a family event held on the restored section of the Ashby Canal, at the historic Moira Furnace Museum. It aims to raise awareness of, and money for, the restoration, extension and maintenance of the Ashby Canal.

We are pleased to welcome the Military Wives Choirs to celebrate the 21st annual festival.

Whether it's a Battle of Britain Memorial Flight flypast, Morris dancing, children's crafts, local bands and singers, historical re-enactment or the many traders and food vendors - there's something to entertain the whole family at the Moira Canal Festival.
