The Christmas Fair is in Ashby de la Zouch Town Centre this Saturday and Sunday

The Mayor, Cllr Liz Parle will officially open the Christmas Event at 10am on stage.

We have a fantastic line up of local schools, dance academies, bands and a superb Michael Bublé tribute who will headline Saturday. With a Snow Cannon finale at 5pm (Saturday Only)

Over 60 different stalls will line Market Street offering a wide variety of delicious treats, festive tipples and gorgeous giftware. Pat Collins will be providing some small children's rides in Brook Street.

Santa will be parked up in his sleigh by the large Christmas tree so why not pop by to say hello to make sure you are on the nice list.

SATURDAY

Here's a rundown of what to expect:

  • 10:15 AM – Bilingual School
  • 10:45 AM – Ashby Nursery School
  • 11:15 AM – Hilltop Primary School
  • 11:45 AM – Iain Hunt with live music to keep the festive spirit high.
  • 12:15 PM – Jaks Academy showcasing local talent.
  • 1:30 PM – Stagecoach with another fantastic performance.
  • 2:30 PM – Four Times Indie, bringing their unique sound to the stage.

The grand finale at 4:00 PM features a Michael Bublé Tribute, where you'll hear all the classic hits, including "Haven't Met You Yet," "Home," "Sway," and more—perfectly capturing the cosy, joyful spirit of the season.

SUNDAY

  • 10:15 AM – Griffydam Primary School
  • 10:45 AM – Moira Primary School adding to the local charm.
  • 11:30 AM – Tom Clamp, sure to entertain the crowd with his performance.
  • 12:15 PM – Fiona Ridge, bringing her musical talents to the stage.
  • 1:00 PM – Warren Stanford, adding to the day's festive atmosphere.
  • 2:00 PM – Jess Wheatley with her powerful voice to delight the audience.
  • 3:00 PM – Our Sunday Finale is: Part Time Heroes, closing out the day with upbeat, crowd-pleasing music!
