I'm excited to share our event on 23rd of August 2-5pm, a three hour getaway :) 

We will start with some breathwork, tapping, meditation, self massage, a bit of tai chi and of course some Chair Yoga to relax and refresh the body and mind.

Then an Art session, unleashing your creativity :) No experience needed—just your imagination!

Finally, we will pop next door to Poochies of Packington cafe to try a cream tea, complete with freshly baked scones, clotted cream, and jam.
