Coalville Community Fun Run is back for 2026! Choose between a 2km or 5km route and enjoy a fun, flexible event that welcomes everyone — from competitive runners to families and firsttimers. You can even come in fancy dress if you want to add an extra bit of fun.

Whether you're pushing for a quick time or taking it easy, you'll cross the finish line to a wellearned goodie bag and plenty of smiles. With no chip timing this year, it's all about enjoying the run and having a great morning out.

Please note the Snibston Colliery Park parking area is available for disabled spectators and the 2k course is wheelchair accessible. The 5k route has two narrow gates which would preclude wheelchair access.
