There is just a month to go until The Ashby Ale Trail comes to town.

Running over the weekend of November 21-22, the trail is being run by LoveAshby.

The weekend-long event will feature special prizes for those who visit all the pubs on the map.

Organisers said: "Ashby is proud to hold Purple Flag status — the national mark of a safe, welcoming and vibrant night-time economy — and what better way to celebrate it than a weekend exploring the best of our town's pubs and bars?

"Grab your passport and join The Ashby Ale Trail across Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November.

"It's the perfect nudge to visit a few places you might not normally go."

Over the weekend, participants can pick up an Ale Trail passport from any participating venue or the Tourist Information Centre.

Then, visit each venue to collect a stamp to be in with a chance of winning a prize.
