Location- Ashby (Leicestershire)
Job Purpose- Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Drive sales of the influenza vaccine portfolio within Primary Care
- Support and coordinate field-based sales orders and activities
- Manage stock scheduling and customer delivery expectations
- Handle customer calls, emails, enquiries, complaints, and product information requests
- Promote Seqirus products and services to maximise sales opportunities
- Analyse customer accounts to identify needs and generate sales leads
- Arrange meetings and gather market/customer insights when required
- Degree educated in life sciences, business, or related field
- Strong IT, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to achieve business targets and deliver customer service
