Maintenance Lead (Electrical)

Location: Leicestershire Salary: £47,566

Hours: Monday to Friday, Days (No Shifts)

A well-established FMCG company is expanding its Engineering team and is on the lookout for a skilled Maintenance Lead (Electrical Bias) to drive maintenance strategies and improvements, whilst coaching their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling for your area.
• Review breakdowns and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide maintenance updates in daily and weekly meetings.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and capital projects.
• Develop and coach team members to enhance maintenance capabilities.

About You:

Essential:

• Level 3 electrical qualification with hands-on experience.
• Strong engineering and problem-solving skills.
• Supervisory experience.

Desirable:

• HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering (electrical bias preferred).
• Experience in a TPM/RCM maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of Lean tools and techniques.
• Previous coaching experience.
