Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Location: Leicestershire Salary: £49,937 Hours: 24/7 Panama Shift Pattern (12-hour day & night shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair production equipment, minimizing downtime.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and keep accurate records.
• Support contractors on-site, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
• Assist production teams with equipment troubleshooting and training.
• Identify and resolve issues through root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and health & safety standards.

About You:

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment. (desirable)
• Apprentice trained Level 3 or higher in electrical engineering (ideally multi-skilled).
• Strong communication and logical problem-solving skills.
• Great attitude.
