Are you an enthusiastic, and customer service focused individual looking to join a dynamic team? This role will give you the foundations to learn and expand your knowledge and experience as a Service Desk Analyst and progress your IT career, which could be a great opportunity if you are a Graduate looking to get your career kickstarted. There is continued training and development (averaging 1 day per WEEK), ensuring you acquire technical skills and the opportunity to take on more responsibilities as you develop. You will provide a single point of contact for customers across the UK on all IT related issues. You will be responsible for logging calls, troubleshooting problems, and then escalating calls to the 2nd & 3rd line technical support teams and any relevant third parties. You will have full ownership of the calls that you take: To quickly identify and resolve broad ranging incidents whilst providing high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Passion for technology
  • Keen to learn new skills and further your knowledge
  • Familiarity of Microsoft technologies (Windows, MS Office, Outlook, Active Directory and Internet Explorer)
  • Full UK driving license
  • Flexible to work in a shift based environment, including ad hoc weekend work
