This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth people processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR operations to enhance the colleague experience, ensuring we remain compliant at all times. - Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR)
- Prepare and process HR documents, including contracts, offer letters, reference requests, & onboarding benefit paperwork in a timley manner to support the payroll timeframes
- Respond to internal and external HR related enquires or requests and provide assistance
- Maintain accurate HR records liaising with payroll where relevant to ensure pay is accurate
- Understand how site information feeds into HR to support improvements and efficiencies
- Support the administration of company benefits, including employee enrolments, queries, and updates
- Previous experience in an HR, administrative, or people services role is desirable
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential employee information
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience of HR databases and HRIS systems
- Basic knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and GDPR compliance is desirable
- Strong IT literacy including Advanced Excel (including V-Lookups, Pivot Tables and Formulas), MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- High level of numeracy
- Experience of analysis of data and production of meaningful reports
