We have an exciting opportunity for an Exchequer Services Assistant to join our Finance Team. The job involves providing efficient, accurate and customer focused transactional finance services, the core responsibilities being processing and ensuring transactions and queries are processed in an accurate and timely manner, alongside completing reconciliations. The role is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days in the office each week to collaborate with colleagues and business needs.
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a payments, recovery, income or an administration office with some knowledge of financial processes. Experience of using financial systems, accounting reconciliations, paying suppliers, allocating and reconciling large volumes of income and processing and reconciling of large volumes of payments is essential.
• 36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary of £26,403 - £28,142
• Agile working scheme with a combination of home and office working, this role requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the office
• 34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years
