We're looking for a Senior Systems and Insight Officer to join our Housing Systems Team.
About the role: Our Senior Systems and Insight Officer will be responsible for leading the Systems and Insight Team to help support the service in using its different systems to the fullest and ensuring high quality information can be obtained from them using advanced reporting software.
Our ideal candidate The person in this role is expected to have experience of managing systems in a housing service and will have demonstrable experience of project managing housing system upgrades and process enhancements, with some supervisory experience.
You will have an analytical mind, looking to improve business processes and have experience in training end users, including producing relevant supporting documentation.
You must be able to work as part of a busy team and work effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• 36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary of £34,834 - £38,223 (pay award pending)
