HR Analyst

North West Leicestershire District Council is a busy council, working across our communities to help people and businesses thrive. We're looking for a HR Analyst to lead on our monthly payroll function and manage our HR Admin Team.

About the role Our HR Analyst will lead on all payroll activity for our employees and those of a neighbouring authority. You will manage the payroll input and checking on a monthly basis as well as providing regular reporting and management information to our management team. You will provide line management to our busy HR Admin team, ensuring that customers, both internal and external, receive a high level of customer service.

Our ideal candidate

The person in this role is expected to thrive in a busy environment, working flexibly to meet deadlines and support employee queries. You will be willing to problem solve and approach issues with a 'can do' attitude. Your ICT skills and use of payroll systems and reporting software should be advanced as should your ability to analyse data and spot errors.

• 36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary of £30,296 – £33,945 (pay award pending)
