Resident Liaison Officer

One permanent position and 1 temporary position for 12 months with the possibility of a further 6 months' extension North West Leicestershire District Council is a busy council, working across our communities to help people and businesses thrive.

We're looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our Housing Commercial Services Team. About the role Our Resident Liaison Officer will be responsible for contacting our residents where works are to be carried out, ensuring any special needs are identified and as far as possible catered for.

You will provide our tenants with the highest possible level of customer care to ensure they receive high quality outcomes that are of the standard that they require.

Our ideal candidate The person in this role is expected to have exceptional people and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, enthuse and encourage others.

You will be an effective negotiator, able to resolve difficult and complex situations that may arise, professionally, tactfully and diplomatically.

• 36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary of £30,296 - £33,945 (pay award pending)

• Agile working scheme with a combination of home and office working, this job requires a minimum of 3 days a week working from the office

• 34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years
