Fabric Mantenance OperativeCastle Donnington 30 - 33,000 per annum depending on experience and qualificationsWe are recruiting for a fabric maintenance operative to cover PPM and reactive maintenance on a prestigious facility in the Derbyshire area area. This role is a permanent position working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, with the requirement to join an on call rota so a driving licence is required. The fabric maintenance operative will be responsible for:

• General trade/fabric works, and pre planned and reactive fabric maintenance.
• Compliance checks such as tap temps, emergency lighting etc.
• Small works and minor refurbishment works.
• Logistics and stock and supply.
• Minor plumbing/minor leak repair
• Ad-hoc handyperson duties such as minor Joinery, patch painting etc.

The ideal candidate will hold a formal trade qualification, and a driving licence, as a van is provided for the week the operative is on call. On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of between 30 - 33,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
