Cylindrical / Surface Grinder

Our Client, a growing precision machining company on the outskirts of South Derbyshire, is looking to add an Experienced Cylindrical / Surface Grinder to their team. Experince with Lapping or Fine grinding will be advantageous but is not essential although if you have strong grinding experince some training can be given. This company has invested Millions of pounds into a state of the art facility with a vast range of complex and up to date machinery. This is permanent role with plenty of overtime on offer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company who have are happy to provide additional training.

Cylindrical / Surface Grinder

• Setting and operating Grinding Machines
• Candidate will ideally have Lapping or Fine grinding experience however all Grinding experince will be considered as some training can be given
• CNC, Cylindrical, Surface, manual grinding experince advantageous
• Working to tight tolerances
• Able to interpret engineering drawings
• High attention to detail to ensure components are machined to the highest quality

• Permanent Job
• Rotation shift;
• Mornings 6am-2pm Monday to Thursday / Early finish Friday
• Lates- Monday to Thursday 2pm-11:45pm Early (Friday off on late shift)
• Overtime on offer
• 34 days holiday

• 16.00- 18.00 per hour
