- To process orders within agreed time frames and following company procedures.
- To provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing workload effectively and efficiently
- Monitor delivery tracking
- Dealing with enquiries efficiently
- Monitor and respond to email inboxes
- To be proactive in identifying potential sales opportunities on the company's website.
- Following up on leads and supporting the online business
- Prompt submission of paperwork to a high standard accuracy
- Maintain records of customer discounts and monitor monthly promotions.
- strong professional communication skills with customers, clients and colleagues
- Ensure all invoices are sent out daily, liaising with the Accounts department for credit limit information.
- To assist with any other duties as reasonably requested by management
- Occasionally outbound calls to current clients and customers about promotions and check in with the occasional cold calls.
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am-5pm
- Commission pays (uncapped) (will be explained during interview process)
- Good admin background minimum 1 year
- Happy to talk on the phones
