Interim Management Accountant 9-Month FTC Leicestershire £45,000 to £50,000

I'm partnering with a successful and well-established UK manufacturing business to recruit an Interim Management Accountant for a 9-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative finance team where you'll play a key role in keeping the finance function running smoothly while providing valuable insight to the wider business. It's an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

What you'll be involved in:

Producing accurate month-end reporting and P&L analysis

Managing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controls

Partnering with operational teams to support business performance

Intercompany accounting and Intrastat reporting

Supporting budgeting, forecasting and year-end activities

Assisting with audit requirements

Driving continuous improvements to processes and ways of working

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in a Management Accountant role

Is proactive, adaptable and happy to get involved wherever needed

Has manufacturing experience (desirable, but by no means essential)
