Mental Health Awareness Week runs from 15th of May until 21st May and Ashby and Moira Co-op wants to share ways you can get support.

The Co-op is proud to help promote Mental Health Awareness Week and wants to make sure their customers and members get the support they need.

The Co-op is in partnership with three mental health charities across England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. You can learn more about the partnerships and how to get support here: Our charity partnership - Co-op (coop.co.uk)

Mind also has a Leicestershire branch whose website is here
