Packington Open Gardens Day Monday 25^th August 2pm – 7pm

An ever-popular event, not to be missed! Approximately 10 gardens will be open, together with a History Group display in Holy Rood Church. Cream teas, refreshments and ice-creams will be available at several venues. In addition, there will be stalls selling second-hand books, bric-a-brac and honey and a treasure hunt for children. In two of the gardens you will find live musical entertainment and at 2.30pm you can listen to the church bells. If that is not enough, late afternoon will see the Village Duck Race held in Mill Street – the first race will be at 5.30pm with tickets on sale from 4.30pm.
