Ashby Civic Society has underlined its opposition to the new G-Park warehouse complex which will be built on the A42 junction near Corkscrew Lane.
The development was given planning permission by North West Leicestershire District Council despite objections from Ashby de la Zouch Town Council and the Civic Society.

A Facebook page dedicated to finding the dachshunds stolen from Acresford three months ago has posted a reminder that information about the dogs' whereabouts is still needed.
In all, eight were stolen from the home near Measham - leaving owner Shelley Tomsett saying she felt 'sick to her stomach'.

Central England Co-op members have agreed to provide funding to the National Forest as part of the supermarket chain's continued drive to create a sustainable society for all.
The retailer has agreed £3,000 will be donated to dedicate 200 trees to be planted later this year, kicking off what is hoped will be a long-term relationship with the National Forest - much of which is on Ashby's doorstep.
