Great opportunity to work as a Planning Administrator for our client's homeware and clothing DC. Staffline is recruiting a Planning Administrator in Castle Donington. The rate of pay is £12.80 per hour. This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, the hours of work are: - Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 10am to 10pm - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday + Monday 1:30pm to 10pm (Thursday and Friday will be based in our office in Derby, and Saturday to Monday will be based at M&S Castle Donington) Your Time at Work As a Planning Administrator, you will be responsible for: - Inputting colleague's schedule into the client's planning system - Keeping the client's and Staffline's planning systems up to date with shifts, absences, skills, and holidays - General Planning & payroll tasks (data entry) - Answering planning queries during busier periods Our Perfect Worker Our perfect worker will be flexible to working hours and be able to work at multiple locations (Derby and Castle Donington). You will be computer literate; in Excel and MS Teams. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
