As our Production Scheduler, the main purpose of your role isto generate the supply plans for the factory, both medium and short term, create the production schedules in the most cost-effective way whilst managing working capital targets and maintaining a high level of service to the customer. What will you be doing?

• Translate sales forecasts into actionable production plans - Convert sales projections into efficient short- and medium-term supply plans to meet demand.
• Adapt and optimise supply plans to maintain a 98.5% service level - Proactively monitor demand fluctuations and adjust supply strategies to ensure consistent product availability.
• Collaborate across departments to drive smooth production and delivery - Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align production plans and ensure seamless execution.
• Manage inventory and materials to support logistics efficiency - Control WIP, finished goods, and materials to enable cost-effective operations and minimise waste.
• Investigate service issues and implement solutions for continuous improvement - Identify root causes of supply challenges, implement corrective actions, and enhance future processes.

• Hands-on experience in production scheduling or supply planning - Apply 1-2 years of relevant experience to deliver accurate and effective supply plans.
• Proficiency in Excel and supply planning systems - Leverage advanced Excel skills and knowledge of systems like JDE to enhance planning accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise and work proactively - Demonstrate a solutions-focused mindset, aligning with KP values of ownership and teamwork.
