You will manage the end-to-end processing and coordination of manual customer orders, covering receipt, management, and seamless handover to DHL warehousing, transport planning, and site direct dispatch teams. - Process manual customer orders accurately and on time in KP's ERP system (JDE), ensuring compliance with MOQ rules, correct customer details, and efficient handover to warehousing and transport teams.
- Maintain and update customer-specific KP Order Forms to ensure correct SKUs are processed, minimising errors and avoiding product rejections.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams , confirming order receipt, flagging any shortages, and aligning with S&OE decisions, priorities, and allocations.
- Support operational efficiency by optimising order volumes for full pallet picking and cost-effective logistics, while maintaining strong coordination with KP and DHL teams.
- Contribute to team capability and process improvement through training, holiday cover, and escalation of system or process enhancement needs.
- Experience in order administration or customer service is preferred, especially within retail or logistics, though not essential.
- Strong Excel and systems skills are important, with confidence in handling data and performing basic analysis.
- Organised and detail-oriented , with the ability to manage multiple orders accurately and efficiently.
- Computer literate and adaptable , with a proactive approach to learning systems and processes.
- Team player with a customer-focused mindset , open to evolving into more customer-facing responsibilities over time.
