Class 1 HGV DriverWe are recruiting for Class 1 HGV Drivers to work for our client based in Castle Donington. As a Class 1 HGV Driver you will undertake trunking working usually consisting of 1 drop and 1 backload. Your work will be undertaken in a modern well kept fleet. Shift Patterns / Working Hours:+ Friday to Sunday + Friday to Monday + Sunday to Thursday + Tuesday to Saturday Start times will mainly be Afternoons / Nights. Drivers are also guaranteed a minimum of 10 hours per shift. The successful Class 1 HGV Driver will:+ Have held their license for a minimum of 2 years+ Have valid CPC and Tacho cards+ Able to work the above shift patterns+ Have no more than 6 points for insurance purposes (No DD, DR, IN, TT)Your duties as a Class 1 HGV Driver will include:+ Trunking goods to other company sites, NDC's or RDC's+ Operate curtain or box trailers+ Minimal contact with the loadYou will receive:+ Day hours between 05:00 - 22:.04 per hour+ Night hours between 22:00 - 04:00 - 19.23 per hour + OT is paid after 8.75 hours daily - 25.56 per hour To apply for the Class 1 HGV Driver opportunity, please submit and up to date CV or call us on (phone number removed).
