About the role

You'll be part of our Engineering team, reporting to the Site Services Manager, and playing an important role in keeping our site running safely and efficiently. You'll bring an electrical bias and a hands on approach, working across a wide range of tasks to support statutory compliance, essential maintenance and continuous improvement across the site.

What will you be doing?

• Completing statutory servicing and inspectionsEnsuring all documentation is accurate, timely and audit ready

• Supporting electrical installations, maintenance and repairsUsing your electrical knowledge to diagnose issues and complete safe, effective work

• Maintaining essential site services equipmentIncluding boilers, compressors, effluent plant, LOLER checks, legionella controls, sprinklers and fire systems

• Carrying out general building and site maintenanceIncluding basic joinery, plumbing, installations and day to day support across the site

• Driving continuous improvement across EngineeringHelping improve equipment performance, reliability and our Intersnack Working System

• 18th Edition qualification (BS7671)This is essential for the role

• A recognised electrical backgroundIdeally an apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 BS2365, and BS2391

• A flexible and proactive approachAble to multi task, problem solve and work well under pressure

• Strong communication and teamwork skillsComfortable working independently and with colleagues across the site

• Basic IT and data recording skillsAble to use Word, Excel and log information accurately for audits
